Returns and Refunds Policy

At CF Apex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Below are our return and refund guidelines.


Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Custom orders may not be eligible for return due to their personalized nature. Please contact our customer service for inquiries about custom products.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
Unused, unworn, and undamaged
Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories
❌ Items that are damaged, used, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@cfapex.com or call us at +1 (213) 933-9341.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Domestic Returns (United States)

Free returns for U.S. customers.
✔ A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request.


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for protection.
Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred during return shipping are the customer's responsibility.


Refund Process

✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund status.
✔ If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
✔ Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or other conditions:
Personal care items, hygiene products, or intimates
Customized or personalized products (Custom carbon fiber parts)
Final sale items or discounted promotional products (return policies may vary)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

✔ If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
✔ We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.


Order Cancellations

✔ If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
✔ Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
