What's your warranty?
- 2 year manufacturer warranty on steering wheel carbon fiber finish against heat cracks.
- 1 year manufacturer warranty on both lights and module in case of malfunctioning.
- Lifetime manufacturer warranty on interior carbon fiber products.
- 150 days warranty on exterior carbon fiber products against yellowing, layering or cracking.
What’s in the package?
By default, only the core part will be included-which means you will be transferring all the buttons and trims from your existing steering wheel unless you have opted for upgrades on trim, in which case we will be providing the finished trim

Are CFApex steering wheels new?
Our custom steering wheels are built from used stock steering wheels. All materials(carbon fiber/upholstery) used on these modified steering wheels are new.
How do the LED shift lights connect? Do they come with any warranty?
The LED power taps into any constant 12v on your steering wheel. The data comes from a Bluetooth OBD II module. There's 1 year manufacturer warranty on both lights and module in case of malfunctioning
Tell me more about Heating Function
We can retain the heated function for a fee starting at $100 -depending on core availability, we may or may not provide a plug to connect to your OEM connection but it should be very simple soldering.
How long is your build time?
While all in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days, our custom steering wheel orders take about 5-6 weeks to be hand-built. For sent-in steering wheels the build time is around 7-9 weeks.
What is your Turn-around Time
Depending on the availability of core and the complexity of the build– it can take anywhere from 3-10 weeks assuming no delays after we have the core in hand. Additional delays are expected during peak season. We will try our best to deliver in a timely manner but unfortunately, there will be cases where it will take us up to 3-4 months.
